Snow Day Giveaway!

**THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED!

Just because it's snowing here in Iowa and the kids all got out 2 hours early, let's have a giveaway!

These lovebirds are from "This Thing Called Family!" This piece of wall art is 10x20 and has a dimensional metal tree and birds.  It's based on a version of the custom orders that we do, but this one you can purchase right from retailers!   Makes an awesome wedding, engagement, anniversary or Valentine's gift.  It can be purchased online from Cranberry Junction Gifts.

One entry per person.  Tell us what you'd do with this piece if you won it and be sure to leave us a way to contact you.  *Tell us too, in your one comment, if you shared it on facebook!

*If you share this post on facebook, I'll throw in this friendly little owl block (just like the ones I gave out as teacher gifts,) who's rooting for you:

Really, he's cheering you on inside.  Don't let the look on his face fool you.

**The easiest way to share this giveaway on facebook is to click on the "f" facebook button in the green rectangle at the end of this post.

We'll choose a winner Monday night, Jan 23, around 10pm CST.

Winner will be chosen randomly and will not be dependent on your answer! (We only asked what you'd do with it because we're nosy like that!)

Maybe then we'll start ANOTHER giveaway right away!

  8. I would give it to a young couple that just suffered a miscarriage. It so fits what they need to be doing. So many people have said so many mean things. I have shared tears with the Mom and have said the only appropriate words.."I am so sorry" and what can I do? More tears would come, but I think it would warm their hearts and help the healing start......posted to facebook.

  18. I, too, love the things you create. As much as I'd love to keep this, if I won it, I couldn't. A precious little 7 year old went to heaven this week. Eli Horn, from Ames, had battled neuroblastoma for 3.5 years and had come down with leukemia. I think this would be perfect for Lacey, Aaron, & Isaiah.

    Blessings!

P.S. I shared your page on facebook.

  41. I'm sitting here just smiling at God, thanking Him for the way He delights us with little pleasures. See, I saw some of your things in Gatlinburg, TN this weekend, and loved it so. We had actually seen your Fruit of the Spirit wall hanging when my husband and I were there in October, and I went nuts over it then. My husband remembered and so we went to the store to get it for my upcoming 40th birthday (this Wednesday). Unfortunately, the color of that particular piece doesn't math our home at all. So we got home and I went searching (looking up Demdaco) to see if there were other colors. You can't buy off their website and there aren't any retailers real close to us. This morning I saw on a friend's facebook a link to your site and recognized it was the same stuff. It led me to you. Erin, my friend here, recently moved from Iowa. So I called her immediately and she gave me the whole story. So neat how it all connected!! So, I love the lazy susans. With 6 kids (3 recently adopted) the Table Manners lazy susan is so perfect :)! I'd love to win this giveaway as well. I'm thinking the art would be beautiful in our bedroom and is a great reminder to me. I'm looking forward to seeing how I can purchase some of your beautiful things. jenny.borden@yahoo.com

  48. Those beautiful birds would find a comfy nesting place in the front room of my home. Nicely situated near the picture window with lots of warm sunlight so they don't fly south for winter. Or I might gift it to a friend, Alice, who has a wall of fame filled with pictures of her family and friends. A fitting place for holding hands and hearts! Thanks for sharing your talents!
