I put together a new gallery wall in our living room! I had the family tree up for a while, but it was looking lonely. I decided to gather (and paint) some thrift frames and clipboards to showcase some special prints that i'd been collecting and had won from some of my favorite artists' giveaways!
Life Story: Deborah Mori, Letter "B:" Deep in the Heart Mosaic, Bird print on clipboard: Jessica Swift, Romans 8:28 by Hidden in my HeART |
Our Family Tree: Me, "Life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful": Me |
Celebrate Life: Deborah Mori, "To Be Brave:" Mae Chevrette |
framed "b": Me, bird print on clipboard: Jessica Swift, "Be Kind to Others:" Katie Daisy |
"Life is the journey": Deborah Mori, "Instamatic": thrift store for $1.50! |
Great wall art and your collection looks fabulous on your green wall! Thank you for including my art in your display, I am honored and humbled. I LOVE your family tree!
ReplyDeleteI love your idea of using the clip boards! That is a great idea for kids art too that is often switched out.
ReplyDeleteLovely! Thanks for sharing this and having my artwork in your home. I'm absolutely smitten with how you framed the Katie Daisy print, too... gorgeous. Thank you so much Jill :)

ReplyDeleteOh I love this so much Jill! I just ordered the Be Kind print from Katie Daisy. You are right about having the same tastes. I have another wall to put together and I can't wait :)
ReplyDeleteAlso I have plans to do my next one with clipboards! Ha. Great minds thinking alike.
